1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SkibX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software. SkibX is a third-party modification tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that using third-party execution software violates the Terms of Service of the targeted gaming platform (Roblox). While SkibX employs advanced anti-ban technology, we make no guarantees against account suspension, termination, or hardware bans. You assume all responsibility for the accounts you use with this software.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or distribute modified versions of SkibX.
• You may not sell your SkibX Pro or Lifetime license keys to third parties.
• You agree not to use SkibX to deploy malicious code (e.g., malware, ransomware) that harms other players' devices.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

SkibX Pro and Lifetime purchases are final. We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you are found violating Section 3. Refunds are only issued within a 7-day window if the application completely fails to execute standard UNC-compliant scripts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SkibX Automation does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
